HOW IT WORKS: Phluff is the only probiotic-friendly moisturizer specially formulated and tested to promote a healthy skin microbiome. Shipping
Phyla fulfills all Phyla orders directly. Orders that combine OOMLA and Phyla products will be sent separately.
Phyla uses the United States Postal Service to ship packages. Orders are shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
USPS First Class Mail
Delivery takes about 3-5 days once processed. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO/FPO.
USPS Priority Mail
Delivery takes about 1-3 days once processed. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO/FPO.
International Mail
Most orders shipped via International Mail are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery takes about 1-3 weeks. Your Phortify Serum will still be stable upon arrival, we do recommend placing it in the refrigerator once you receive it.
Return Policy
**Note: Phyla's return policy differs from the return/exchange policy for OOMLA**
To achieve optimal results, Phyla kindly request you use the Phyla system twice daily for at least 60 days. Clear skin may appear in the first few weeks, but some may experience an increase in breakouts during the first 60 days. This means the serum is working to reduce bad bacteria and balance your skin microbiome. For long-term improvement, use Phyla for the full two months. If you don't see improvement after 60 days, contact Phyla for a refund within 60-90 days of your first order delivery. Phyla will issue a 50% refund for your first order. Damages and issues:
If you receive items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly, Phyla will gladly replace or exchange them at no cost to you. However, please note that claims must be made within 7 business days of receiving the products. If you wish to return an unopened item to sender for a refund, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Non-returnable items:
Returns for unopened orders that have been in your possession for over 7 days cannot be accepted as Phyla's bacteriophage product has a shelf life of 60 days.
Refunds:
If you feel like your acne is not improving after 60 days, please contact Phyla at info@phylabiotics.com and Phyla will email you the Return Request Form. The window for your refund is 60-90 days after delivery of your first order. Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund, Phyla will promptly issue a 50% refund minus any shipping fees.
