What OOMBRA size is right for me?
Typical bra sizing is super confusing, and that goes double for younger girls who are looking for a soft top and barely have any boobs to begin with. We’ve simplified the situation by sizing using a single measurement.
TO MEASURE YOURSELF FOR AN OOMBRA, all you need to do is take a soft tape measure and wrap it around the biggest part of your chest - usually this is the nipple line, which means the part of your chest including your nipples. Make sure the measure is wrapped straight around you, without dipping far down your back or riding high up towards your neck. If you like tighter-fitting garments, pull the tape measure so that it is snug; if you like everything loose, measure with the tape a little loose as well. Your measurement is the number of inches in circumference.
Each OOMBRA size covers a 2" span. If you are right on the cusp between sizes - let’s say you measure 30" exactly - then choose to go with the bigger or smaller size based upon whether you like your garments to fit looser or tighter on top.
ONE BIG SIDE NOTE ABOUT OUR SIZING: if your boobs are bigger than a B cup in traditional bra sizing, then the difference between your chest circumference and your ribcage circumference is greater than 2". We have designed our bigger sized OOBRAs to accommodate for bigger boobs, but some girls have much smaller ribcage measurements than chest measurements. If this describes you and if you are right in between sizes, we recommend sizing down so that the elastic along the bottom fits nicely at your ribcage.

How to convert a bra size into an OOMBRA size?
You can convert your bra size to an OOMBRA size without measuring. Here's how:
- 1. Find your bra size (number + letter) in one of the squares below.
- 2. Look at the color of each square.
- 3. Now look at the OOMBRA color key just below the chart to find your OOMBRA size. It's as easy as that!
How to remember your OOMBRA size
Because OOMBRAs are reversible, they don't have a tag or a stamp to remind you of your size. But we've got you covered! Our sizing system is color-coded, so just look at the OOMLA logo color on your bra or, if the logo is black, look for a color stitch below the logo on one side of the bra. Here's our color key:
Purple = 24-28
Blue = 28-30
Green = 30-32
Yellow = 32-34
Orange = 34-36
Red = 36-38
Can anyone of any age wear an OOMBRA?
Yes. So long as you chest circumference (the length around your ribcage and boobs) measures between 24 - 38", you can wear an OOMBRA. If you measure bigger than our current OOMBRA sizes, we’re growing quickly and hope to have your size soon. The best way for us to get there is to hear from you the size you need, so please share with us at hello@myoomla.com.
What are OOMBRAs made of?
The two outer layers of the OOMBRA are jersey material made from 46% cotton, 45% modal and 9% spandex. The middle panel is made of polyester.
Are OOMBRAs washable?
Absolutely! We recommend hand washing your OOMBRA in warm water and then laying it flat to dry, but you can also just throw it in the washing machine and tumble dry low.
How often do I need to wash my OOMBRA?
If your OOMBRA smells a little funky, throw it in the wash! But there may be many times when you wear your OOMBRA for a bit and then put it away without washing. Unlike underpants, bras and top-support garments do not always need to be washed after each wear.
How do prints and colors impact OOMBRA fit?
Our super soft fabrics have natural cotton fibers that take dyes differently depending upon the color. Sometimes, darker or deeper color prints will feel tighter when they are put on, even though they will be super soft to the touch. It's weird, we know! But if you're on the fence between two sizes and you are choosing an OOMBRA with a darker or richer color scheme, we definitely recommend sizing up.
What OOMSHORTS size is right for me?
To find the OOMSHORTS size that's right for you...
- 1. Decide where you're going to wear your OOMSHORTS: Do you prefer your shorts up on the waist or low on the hips?
- 2. Then measure that spot on your body using a soft tape measure* wrapped around.
- 3. Now check out our sizing chart to match your OOMSHORTS size with the measurement.
OR do it the simple way and just base your size off of everything else you wear! Our chart should make it easy peasy.
*Don't have a tape measure? Use anything with zero stretch - a phone charging cord works great! - wrap it around your body at the spot where the elastic band of the shorts will sit (waist or hips, you choose), then mark the spot where the two ends meet and lay it on a flat surface to measure the length against a ruler.

Can anyone of any age wear OOMSHORTS?
Yep! So long as you waist or hip circumference - depending upon where you want to wear them - measures between 21 - 40", you can wear OOMSHORTS. We fit down to a kid's XS and up to a men's XL.
What are OOMSHORTS made of?

Are OOMSHORTS washable?
Absolutely! We recommend either hand washing your OOMSHORTS in warm water and then laying it flat to dry OR tossing them in the washing machine and tumbling dry low.
How often do I need to wash my OOMSHORTS?
If your OOMSHORTS smell a little funky, throw them in the wash! But there may be many times when you wear your OOMSHORTS for a bit and then put them away without washing. Unlike underpants, loose-fitting shorts don't always need to be washed after each wear.
What OOMSOCKS size is right for me?
OOMSOCKS fit down to youth shoe size 1 and up to women's and men's size 12. The sock material is quite stretchy, so there's some overlap between sizes - if you are on the cusp between sizes, either one should fit well.
Our sizing is unique! We fit socks like everyone else - according to shoe size - but our size ranges are a little different:
Size 1 fits Youth 1-4, Women's 4-6
Size 2 fits Youth 4.5-7, Women's 6.5-9, Men's 6-7.5
Size 3 fits Women's 9.5-12, Men's 8-12
Can anyone of any age wear OOMSOCKS?
Almost! So long as their feet are youth size 1 (or bigger) OR men's size 12 (or smaller), OOMSOCKS should fit perfectly.
What are OOMSOCKS made of?
OOMSOCKS are made from 35% cotton, 35% Acteev (polyamide), 20% spandex, and 10% elastic. The footbed is made from 70% stink-resistant Acteev fibers. Acteev embeds zinc ions directly into the matrix of the silky soft nylon fibers, fighting odor-causing bacteria throughout the life of the product.
Are OOMSOCKS washable?
ABSOLUTELY! And by necessity. The zinc ions in the sock's fibers can withstand washing and drying. It doesn't matter if you wash by hand and lay flat to dry or if you toss into the washing machine and tumble dry - Acteev's anti-smell technology will keep working.
How often do I need to wash my OOMSOCKS?
We recommend washing any socks after wearing for a full day OR after super sweaty play. Snug-fitting socks and underwear are the two items in a closet that should be washed after each wear.
Phyla

For optimal results, Phyla recommends using the Phyla system on its own because they are formulated to be microbiome-friendly. You'll give the probiotic phages the best possible chance to work their magic. This will help to recalibrate your microbiome and keep those pesky breakouts at bay.
What happens if my Phortify Phage Serum isn't refrigerated?
We recommend you refrigerate Phortify Serum upon arrival to keep the phages alive - otherwise they won't be able to kill the acne-causing bacteria. If you're traveling, you can leave the Phortify Serum at room temperature for a week or two without worry!
How long will it take before I see results?
Phyla’s products change the skin’s microbiome. Although some individuals may experience rapid acne relief with the Phyla system, Phyla strongly advises using their products as a consistent part of a long-term skincare routine. Skincare operates on a deeper, cellular level, and real changes in your skin take time. This is due to the skin cell turnover rate of approximately 28 days, with two months of consistent use allowing for two cycles of turnover, giving the product enough time to penetrate the dermis.
Acne is a persistent skin condition that requires time and patience to improve. For optimal results, Phyla recommends using the Phyla system twice daily to establish a healthy microbiome and reduce the risk of acne recurrence.
Can I return my Phyla products?
To achieve optimal results, Phlya kindly requests you use the Phyla system twice daily for at least 60 days. Clear skin may appear in the first few weeks, but some may experience an increase in breakouts during the first 60 days. This means the serum is working to reduce bad bacteria and balance your skin microbiome. For long-term improvement, use Phyla for the full two months. If you don't see improvement after 60 days, contact Phyla for a refund within 60-90 days of your first order delivery. They will issue a 50% refund for your first order. Please note, they only accept one return per product purchased. If you have any questions, please reach out: info@phylabiotics.com.
If you receive items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly, Phyla will gladly replace or exchange them at no cost to you. However, please note that claims must be made within 7 business days of receiving the products. If you wish to return an unopened item to sender for a refund, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Returns for unopened orders that have been in your possession for over 7 days cannot be accepted as Phyla's bacteriophage product has a shelf life of 60 days.
If you feel like your acne is not improving after 60 days, please contact Phyla at info@phylabiotics.com and they will email you the Return Request Form. The window for refund is 60-90 days after delivery of your first order. Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund, they'll promptly issue a 50% refund minus any shipping fees.

Can Bright Girl products be used with my prescription acne medications?
Yes! Bright Girl products have been very successful in many individuals who are using OTC or prescription acne medications such as retinoids, benzoyl peroxides, topical antibiotics, etc. The Bright Girl formulations are designed to be gentle and nourishing to the skin, providing the support and strength that the skin needs while on acne treatment regimens.
How long will it take to notice a difference in my skin after starting my Bright Girl routine?
Any new skincare regimen usually takes at least 28 days to demonstrate a significant difference. This is because it takes our skin approximately 28 days to complete a cycle of new skin cell development, growth, and turnover. Consistent, daily habits of caring for your skin are a key factor in achieving your healthiest skin.
We always recommend consulting with a licensed skincare provider to evaluate any specific skin concerns.
Refunds/Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return for store credit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Yes! We created JB SKRUB with our sons in mind, but our products are for all genders. If you have kids who like to have fun and get dirty, JB SKRUB is for you. JB SKRUB can be used by anyone looking for a body care routine that is clean, gently effective, simple to use, and colorfully cool.
Does JB SKRUB use Fragrance?
JB SKRUB does not use synthetic fragrance. The scents of the Body Wash, Body Spray, and Shampoo are derived from botanical fruit oils.
Is your packaging recycled and recyclable?
Yes!
JB SKRUB packaging is manufactured from PCR (post consumer resin), a material made from plastic that has been recycled, cleaned and processed.
And! Our packaging is recyclable, but we created our bottles to be multi-use. Look for our refills to be offered next year. We encourage you to refill your Body Wash, Face Wash, Face Pads and Body Spray.
How do I start a Return or Exchange for JB SKRUB products?
We want you to love JB SKRUB, but if it’s just not right, we offer easy exchanges or returns within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment. Please emailreturns@jbskrub.comwith your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. Note: Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in California are the responsibility of the customer.
I have opened the JB SKRUB product, can I still return it?
As long as the product is less than ⅓ used, you may return the product. Please note original shipping fees are not refundable.
A JB SKRUB item arrived broken or damaged?
Ugh - we hate when something breaks in transit! Please email returns@jbskrub.comand include the order number, a photo of the item and a description of the damage. We will be in touch shortly thereafter to make it right.
Can I get my JB SKRUB shipping cost refunded?
We are happy to give you a full refund for your product, we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
When can I expect my JB SKRUB refund?
We process refunds as quickly as possible, but it may take 12 days from the receipt of delivery. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
Can I return my OOMLA products?
We are happy to accept unworn and unwashed OOMLA products within 14 days of receipt. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for worn or washed items, sale items, or gift cards.
We accept late returns on a case-by-case basis, and these may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you've got a question about this, please email us!
Can I return or exchange bathrOOM products (Phyla, Bright Girl, JB SKRUB, etc.)?
Yes! We make sure our partner brands offer the best customer service possible. Please refer to each brand's section on this page or on their product page on our site on how to return their products.
What if I received a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@myoomla.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To exchange or return, begin by going to our ONLINE RETURN CENTER. Once you have completed the steps (they're very quick!), mail the products you are looking to exchange or return to:

Do you accept both exchanges and refunds?
We do! OOMLA apparel may be returned for exchange or refund within two weeks of receipt. Exchanges and returns must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Customers pay for the return shipping.
For refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item/s, and let you know if the refund was approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For exchanges, we will process your request as soon as we receive it, if we have any questions we will reach out to you. You will receive a tracking number when your exchanged item/s are shipped.

What's your holiday return policy?
In order to accommodate for gifting, any OOMLA products purchased from November 15 through December 31 are eligible for an extended exchange or return window.
We will accept exchanges and returns through the second Monday of the new year.
Note: As with all exchanges or returns, items must be unworn and unwashed.
When do I need to place an order so that it is guaranteed to arrive by Christmas?
The deadlines for ordering depend upon the type of shipping you select.
First Class Mail, USPS (“regular shipping”): place orders by Friday December 13, 2024 at noon PST.
Priority Mail, USPS (“expedited Priority shipping”): place orders by Tuesday December 17, 2024 at noon PST.
UPS Ground: place orders by Friday December 13, 2024 at noon PST.
UPS 3-day select: place order by Tuesday December 17, 2024 at noon PST.
Overnight: place order by Friday December 20, 2024 at noon PST
What are my domestic shipping options?
Please note that we have experienced some issues with delivery delays, and lost or damaged packages with USPS, so we strongly recommend you select other options.
FREE USPS First Class shipping with your $75 US order, or $5 domestic shipping for orders under $75.
For other shipping options including USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. shipping cost is determined by the package weight and destination.
To get an accurate shipping cost, please add the items to your cart and enter your mailing address at check out.
What are my international shipping options?
For international customers, we offer $20 DHL shipping with orders of $150 or more off OOMLA products (not including our partner brands). Your package should arrive at your doorstep within 5 business days, with tracking available as it makes its way to you. USPS Priority and First Class Mail may be a bit less expensive, but these carriers have a higher tendency to lose international packages. UPS rates tend to be rather exorbitant and you may be faced with a custom brokerage fee NOT included in the shipping rate.
Please note that you may be charged additional customs duty fees at delivery NOT included in the shipping rate. These fees vary widely from country to country, and there is nothing we can do to prevent them.
Attention Canadian customers! Our system will offer you UPS as a shipping option that may seem attractive, but we suggest NOT using UPS for orders going to Canada as they sometimes present you with a separate and additional customs clearance bill (on top of the customs duty) for $50 or more. eek!
Finally, while we wish we could make the shipping experience totally seamless, please note that packages sometimes get lost and we are NOT responsible for these lost packages.
Why is it taking so long to receive my OOMLA products?
The good news is that packages are rarely lost in the mail, but the bad news is that they are sometimes delayed. USPS is particularly slow at updating its tracking information online, but rest assured that if their system is generating updates, it means it is making its way to you. We are as bummed about this as you are, and apologize for any delays!

Unless specified, our discount codes are not valid for multi-packs, gift cards, and Phyla products. If you are attempting to use a discount code for any of these products, it will not apply.
