REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Our 14-day exchange/return policy means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can link directly to our Returns Center or contact us at hello@myoomla.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@myoomla.com.

Below are some answers to commonly asked exchange- and return-related questions:
  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns for worn or washed items, sale items, or gift cards.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have by linking to the online Returns Center. Once the return is accepted, mail the items back to us and as soon as we receive it, we'll send the replacement items. You can specify the items you would like to receive in exchange on the online Returns Center form.
  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
